What this is about

Together we define which refrigeration units or process points should be monitored, which operational limits apply and who acts when a deviation occurs. The sensor unit measures temperature and relative humidity, buffers readings during connectivity problems and transmits them securely to the web application.

The dashboard shows measurement state, battery, signal, data gaps and deviations. Responsible users can document causes, corrective actions, affected-product disposition and subsequent verification. PDF, XLSX and CSV outputs support operational evidence and analysis.

The unit is designed around an energy-saving wake–measure–transmit–sleep cycle. A specific battery life is only committed after hardware, measurement intervals, radio conditions and credible current measurements have been validated. The system supports operational HACCP documentation but does not replace legal advice, instrument certification or specialist definition of control points.
